Shipping Policy

At PureNaked we want you to receive your products as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details on how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after hours or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders of R500.

Free-shipping orders are shipped using Economy Service by The Courier Guy. Delivery times depend on your location (generally 2–5 working days within South Africa).

Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold

If your order total is below R500, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. On the checkout screen you can choose the best-suited option for your needs (e.g., standard or express).

We automatically display the most cost-effective and reliable option for your region.

Delivery Timeframes (Estimates)

• Main Centres: 2–3 working days
• Regional Areas: 3–5 working days
• Outlying Areas: 4–7 working days

Times may vary due to courier volumes, severe weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress with the courier.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within South Africa. We’re working on expanding international shipping options in future.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional courier charges may apply.
